FOUND: Day after the fires 9/5 (Pine Valley Drive area). Being well cared for at 106 Peaceful Lane. Male, no collar, lab mix (maybe some pit), floppy ears, short hair, young, medium size height, black with white chest, all 4 toes white, and a specific white marking on the back of the neck. Foster dad asks that anyone claiming can specifically identify the marking on the back of neck.
